Lakeside keeps the information needed to identify students and record attendance.

What we store

We only store the following information, and it is encrypted: your student ID, full name, and student or admin role; meeting details such as the title, group, place, and time; and attendance records showing the meeting, your student ID, name, check-in time, and how you checked in.

Your password

Your password is used only to verify your sign-in. Lakeside never stores it.

Cookies

We use a single encrypted cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who can see records

You can see your own meeting status. Admins can view attendance for meetings, including who checked in and which registered students have not checked in. Camera video stays in your browser; only the scanned code is sent for check-in.

Keeping records

Ask your group administrator to review or remove a record when needed.
